THIS IS IT

Bonjour les amis, (and English-speaking ones too, please scroll down for English) Ceci est le premier vrai papier d'un modeste blog qui j'espère en comptera beaucoup d'autres. Celui de ma vie sous l'eau, et un peu sur terre aussi. Eh oui, cette fois c'est décidé, après avoir rebattu les oreilles de certains d'entre vous depuis des lustres, surtout cette dernière année, je me décide. Dans quelques mois, je m'envole pour démarrer une nouvelle aventure pour quelques temps. La nouvelle vie, c'est la plongée. Après des années de tergiversation, je vais tenter d'en faire un job pour quelques temps. Le nouvel endroit, c'est l'Indonésie, Bali sans doute si j'y trouve du boulot. Peut-être même ma minuscule île préférée, qui sait ? Ceux d'entre vous qui m'ont vu depuis mon premier séjour là-bas en août 2011 savent que je suis tombée amoureuse. Des fonds sous-marin et de l'endroit. Donc, le périple commence là. Qui sait où il se terminera ? Le plan ? Passer le diplôme d'instructeur en arrivant et chercher un boulot. Le plan à moyen terme, comme certains raisonnables parmi vous ont demandé ? Aucune idée. On verra. Peut-être seulement un an ou deux, si finalement ça ne me convient pas. Peut-être plus ? L'avenir me le dira. En attendant, je prépare le départ, prévu pour début 2013. Rupture de contrat au boulot pour décembre, déménagement de Marseille, paperasses en tout genre. Si tout va bien, décollage en février. Voilà, les nouvelles à suivre ici régulièrement, photos, infos et trucs divers. Commencez à préparer vos vacances de 2013 ! Hello friends, This is the first proper bit of writing for a small blog that should see more stuff soon. Stuff about my life under water, and a bit on dry land as well. Yes, this time, this is it! After constantly annoying some of you about this for ages, especially this last year, I made a decision. In a few months I'll fly away to start a new adventure for a while. New adventure that will mainly be about diving. After years of hesitation, I will try to live from it and make this my job for some time. New place will be Indonesia, probably Bali if I can find work there. Or maybe even on my favourite tiny island, who knows? Those of you who have seen me since my first trip there in August 2011 know that I fell in love, with the underwater wonders and the place. So, the journey starts there. Who knows where it will take me? What's the plan? Take the instructor course when I get there and then look for a job. Mid-term plan, as the reasonable ones within you lot have asked? No idea. We'll see. Maybe a year or two, if finally this is not the thing for me. Maybe more, who knows? Time will tell. In the meantime, I am planning the big departure, all set for the beginning of 2013. I broke up with work and will end my contract in December, will move from Marseille, deal with all the logistics and paperwork. If all goes well, take off planned for February. This is it really.
